LION Measure Module 18 (LMM18)
The new developed LMM18 with the LTC6813 chip from Analog Devices is used for a fast and precise voltage and temperature measurement for systems with more than 18 cells per module.
LION Low Volt System (LLVS)
The LLVS can be used for low voltage applications – especially 48V and 72V applications with requirements for compact size and packaging under optimized costs. The Low Volt System is a platform for low voltage applications and is developed as a technology carrier according to customer-specific requirements.

BMS system architecture
The Li-BMS consists of the control module LION Control Module with a central processor unit which can be flexibly connected to up to 16 measurement modules LION Measure Module via a bus system. The system features a very fast and precise measurement of cell voltages and cell temperatures.
Wireless BMS
The wireless battery management system was built in collaboration with Linear Technology and BMW for a prototype concept car. Based on linear high-battery battery pack sensors with their SmartMesh network products and our high end BMS, the vehicle concept was applied to a BMW i3.
Wireless connectivity increases reliability, reduces costs, saves weight, and reduces cabling requirements for large multi-cell battery packs in all types of vehicles. In addition, wireless connections allow for flexible placement of battery modules and installation of extra sensors in locations unsuitable for a wiring harness.
